Join us for this interactive workshop where you will learn:
- Why your pelvic floor is an essential component to your core
- The most common dysfunctions of the pelvic floor
- How to avoid or alleviate incontinence, back pain and painful intercourse
- Specific exercises to and tips to have a healthy pelvic floor for long term
Every Wednesday from June 7th to August 30th from 6 - 7:00 AM
Cost: $150 for the 3-month series OR $15 drop-in class
Join us for our Summer Yoga in the Park Series where you will get stronger and more flexible while enjoying the nice, summer weather.
Our yoga classes are designed to help strengthen your core, improve your balance and mobility, and help you decrease stress. Beginner and intermediate skill levels are welcome. Classes are taught by our physical therapists and are able to be modified for any limitation.
Class will meet at Hales Corners Park on the grass section in front of the pool parking lot. If there is inclement weather, we will meet at Revitalize Physical Therapy for class.

Join us in celebrating the launch of our new Sports Analysis Lab (after years of developing)!
The party will include food, drinks and vendor displays. Live demonstration will occur at 6:30 PM and we will also have giveaways throughout the night.
