Our small-group training classes are perfect for the woman who isn’t sure what the best exercises are for her to do and not do and is worried about getting injured in other large-group settings. Strength & Function
This low-impact strengthening class targets all muscle groups with an emphasis on exercises that will help you feel stronger & more stable during everyday activities. The functional exercises also incorporate the core muscles and can be modified based on any limitations you may have.
Whole body strengthening specific for pregnant and postpartum moms, designed and instructed by physical therapists. We incorporate the proper core and pelvic floor exercises to prepare and recover from delivery. This class is for any mom looking for guidance on safe, appropriate exercise during these stages. Babies welcome and will be included in the workouts.
Eccentric muscle strengthening using springs for resistance that is low impact and easy on the joints. Your muscles will strengthen while lengthening and every move works the core! Great for prenatal exercise, athletes, and injury recovery.

Reserve your spot for class using the schedule below. Drop-ins are welcome but please note that classes are subject to change or cancellation if there are no reservations. We do ask for 24 hour notice if you must cancel a reservation.
