Introduction:
Throughout various stages of a woman’s life, libido can fluctuate. When estrogen levels are low such as during the postpartum phase and perimenopause phase, libido can also be low. On today’s episode, we are going to talk through some easy ways to improve libido naturally. You can try them one at a time and keep adding in the solutions since everybody is different. What may work for one woman to improve libido naturally, won’t work for another. It’s all dependent on what your body is needing the most.
